The MVA 3/2-way compact ball valve design model DUKE is used in a continuous process to change over the flow to a standby unit without interrupting the process. The ball valves are coupled together with a fixed rod or to offset any misalignment with universal joints. A lever that can be attached anywhere on the rod permits manual operation of the valves. From DN 150 (6″) on, a hand gear is attached instead of a lever.
Applications:
- Tubular exchanger
- Double-pipe exchanger
- Plate heat exchanger
- Double filter
- Distributing / mixing liquids or gases
